Shipping Information



Standard Orders:
All orders, unless otherwise stated "free shipping", will be charged a shipping and handling fee to bring your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Our standard method of shipment is ground via UPS, FedEx, United Parcel Service. Park Avenue Candles uses its discretion when determining the delivery of product orders.

** Park Avenue Candles does not ship to Post Office Boxes or Internationally. We applogize for any inconvenience.

Continental US Shipping:
If an item is in stock, it will usually ship within 3 business days. If the product is not in stock, Park Avenue Candles hand pours its fine quality candles please allow 1-2 weeks for the product to be shipped. Transit times for shipping vary depending on your location and time of the year.

Order shipping costs are determined by the weight of the ordered items, packaging materials and shipping carton / box.

Alaska & Hawaii Orders:

Heavy Orders / Oversized Candles:
There will be a surcharge for orders over 50lbs due to different shipping requirements set forth by the different carriers. There will be a surcharge for Oversized product due to the shipping requirements needed to deliver your product safely. Pricing on Oversized products are shown including Surcharges and the surcharge amount will be shown in the products description.

Express / Priority / Overnight / Rush Delivery:
If your order requires Express, Priority, or Overnight shipping please contact Park Avenue Candles ( 1-800-328-3378, Contact Us ) for shipping information regarding your needs. There will be additional costs for shipping in addition to the Standard Method Rate. Additional charges will be determined at the time of shipping. Not all products or addresses may be eligable for Overnight Shipping. Please contact Park Avenue Candles for more information.

If you would like order tracking information make sure in the order process you check the "Order Emails" box.

Optionally, you may receive an email from Park Avenue Candles whenever there has been an update to your order. Yes, please send me emails whenever the status for this order is updated.

Product Inspections:
We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please remember that when your order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping.

Please follow the suggested guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):
  • Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. IF THERE IS ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE, PLEASE REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.
  • If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the merchandise becomes your property.
  • Please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and Contact Us immediately at 1-800-328-3378.


Sales Tax:
We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at www.parkavenuecandles.com, except for deliveries within the state of Florida. Florida deliveries are charged local state sales tax which is calculated during checkout; The percentage of sales tax varies from county to county.
