We manufacture for the TRADE ONLY and sell to QUALIFIED and APPROVED accounts.

ORDERING

Opening Order $200.00 Minimum.

First Orders are Prepay or Credit Card.

Net 30 Terms on Future Orders with Approved Credit Credit Application.

SHIPPING

F.O.B is Sanford, Florida (Orlando, Florida)

We Ship via Federal Express and Most Common Carriers.

Oversized Merchandise MUST be Shipped via Common Carriers.

Unless Notified with Specific Shipping Needs,

Park Avenue Candles Uses It's Own Discretion.

RETURN CLAIMS

Claims Must Be Made When Merchandise is RECEIVED and

WITHIN 7 DAYS of DELIVERY.  Claims Must be Made To Both

Shipping Company AND to Park Avenue Candles via FAX or MAIL.

LATE PAYMENT

1% per Month (12% annually) May Be Applied To Past Due Accounts. 

Accounts That Have Overdue Balances May Experience A Delay in Shipments
